I don't remember because when</div><div>I got out of the IT profession XP SP3 was the dominant operating system</div><div>for desktop workstations. I never messed with Vista the next OS I had</div><div>the guts to try was Win 7 which isn't too bad except for these usb to serial</div><div>cables and the way Win 7 always wants to download the latest WHQL </div><div>certified drivers that don't always work. So if Vista has compatibility mode</div><div>try running Chirp in XP SP3 mode. If not then I don't know what else</div><div>you can do. </div><br><div>
