Once downloaded, double click on the file. After a minute or so, a window will open. Click OK in that window, your CD tray will open and you will be prompted to insert a blank CD. Insert the blank CD, close the tray and click OK on the popup. It will burn the image to CD for you. It requires no additional software to make it work. The iso version on the other hand does require additional software. So again, if you are a Windows user and in doubt, download the
