Though the display doesn't show the offset on each channel, if you programmed it, it will display the +- and we hit all the local repeaters here. Keep at it, I am sure you will figure out your problem. And be sure you are using the latest build of Chirp, as they change everyday. Down load your radio before intering your information and you shouldn't have a problem. At least we didn't. Good luck! Once you get it set you will find it is a versitile little radio.
