What Mike just said is spot on and works fine with Centos 5.5 other
than not being managed via RPM. Shouldn't be too hard to make the RPM
though considering no compiling is required.<br>

Hi Gerry,
I don't have much experience with CentOS - No promises, but I'll setup a
machine and look into it.
FYI: You should be able to unpack the source tarball and run it directly
the source by moving to that directory and typing ./chirpw to start the
application.
