with Band A in CHIRP that the radio was set to Band B and running in DV

may / may not be aware a quirk with CHIRP and using the IC-9X radios is that
Band B must be selected and the mode set to DV for it to transfer information
(even for Band A memories). </FONT></SPAN></DIV>

92AD if you have the radio is set to Band A and you try to "Connect to
IC9X - Band A" it will indicate that it is getting 800+ memories, but nothing
