I just posted CHIRP 0.1.9b10 with a single change. There is now an<br>

to add support for the IC9x special memories and then I think that's a<br>
good place to stop. The new 9x background load features would be good<br>
to get into the hands of regular users before we attack some of the<br>
more disruptive things that are currently on the task list.<br>
