[chirp_users] Baofeng (Radioddity) UV-5G GMRS export to cvs error

Dan, Thank you sooo much for the fix or actually the clarification, these
were new radios, preprogrammed. I will make the fix and modify my
programming procedures per your instructions, I am still trying to learn
the intricacies of programming and radios.
