[chirp_users] Baofeng (Radioddity) UV-5G GMRS export to cvs error

When I try to export to a cvs file I get the error message "Tx freq
0.000000 is out of supported range", any help would be appreciated, I am
considering send it back if I cannot program with CHIRP. Thanks - your hard
work is appreciated!
