[chirp_users] programming assistance

maybe I wasn't clear.
I have a Baofeng UV-5R8W

The person that gave me the csv file is using RTSystems software to program
the radios. I understand that I would need to import the csv file to my
radio to create a new *.img file. I saw there is a Memory Column guide, but
if the terms in Chirp columns aren't the same as in his columns I'm not
sure about them.
My problem is when I download my existing, factory img file the column
names don't match the column names in his csv file and I don't know enough
yet to line them up properly. I get some of the common ones,
Name,Freq,Comment,Step,Power but I don't want to guess and brick the radio.
(also I checked the options available in drop downs and they are close but
not the same, like I see DTCS and he has a column DCS)
This is a snip of the csv

Even they don't line up with the img file.
