[chirp_users] Chirp will not install

I also just tested on a machine I've never installed it on and this machine
is a 32 bit operating system. It installs just fine but when I try to run
it, it says not compatible with this operating system. I didn't see an
answer to the question, do you know what OS you are using? 32 or 64 bit.

You can go to the start menu, settings icon, system and click about, and
where it says system type it will tell you 32 or 64.

I then uninstalled chirp next and installed the legacy version and it ran
fine.
