[chirp_users] Can't connect to BTECH UV-25X2-Gen2

He's got the correct cable, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B017MT7IFG for BTECH
PC04 FTDI USB Programming Cable for BTECH UV-25X2-Gen2 He's just plugging
it into the wrong jack in the back.
The back has two jacks one says 'DATA" that's the one he needs to use.
