[chirp_users] kenwood tk-768 (N)

Is there a version of Chirp that works with the Kenwood TS-430S? 73,

> What's wrong is you're using the daily version :) Please install the latest next build and try that as there have been fixes for those drivers recently (they never actually worked for me until those fixes).
