[chirp_users] help running chirp-next on RPI

Hello Dan, 

Was just going to open a new issue, but looks like you’ve already beat me to it.
Do you want me to add any additional information to the ticket as you sort of already know the wxPython version is the issue?

Further more, Im running the current 32bit Raspbian (armhf).  I’ll hold off upgrading to the new ARM64 architecture until we’ll get the base installation working first.
