[chirp_users] New chirp-next build

What I'm just asking is: "Is 'CHIRP-NEXT' accessible with a screen reader?,
If so which operating systems?"

Current old CHIRP is accessible in Linux with the standard ORCA screen
reader under MATE Desktop Environment.

Will the change to python 3 change accessibility in Linux or other
operating systems?

Kind regards,
