[chirp_users] Kenwood TK 2000

The TK-2000 is a commercial/Land Mobil radio, it can be programmed with Kenwood software you should be able to find on the internet.

 

If CHIRP were to try and support it, they would almost certainly need a radio donation to develop the software to support this radio.

 

The Kenwood software is known as KPG-137D

Odd.  The TK-2000 isn't in my version of Chirp's database, but the TS-2000 is.

Why would you want to?  It's much better controlled by something like CQRlog or Ham Radio Deluxe.  (Not specifically saying those are the best choices, just the two I'm most familiar with.)

 

While the TS2000 has memories, a rig control application is better suited for the radio.
