[chirp_users] Tyt 9800 Buttons

Hi John,
There are 4 keys to the right of the traditional number pad, right of 3, 6, 9, and #.
I think they are labeled A B C & D.
I don't know what they are for.

The telephone keys a,b,c,d,and * and  # are defined by the telephone company for use in special signaling combinations.
