[chirp_users] Linux and chirp

Be advised, there are two types of so-called "K Plug" (Baofeng) cable types that look identical:

Typical "Baofeng" cables with a usb/serial chip in the cable

"Straight-thru" cables for radios that have the usb/serial chip in the radio

The former are common with analog radios, the latter are common with digital radios.
