[chirp_users] Using chirp with ubuntu 22.04

Joe, have you gotten chirp to work with orca  using the flatpack? 

I tried to install it that way, and no part of the window was accessible. It does read, if I install it using apt. I am totally blind, so I definitely need it to work with the orca screen reader. JAWS Certified, 2021, https://www.freedomscientific.com/Training/Certification
