[chirp_users] Cut and Paste

Terminology is indeed critical, as is answering the question that was 
asked. So ...

It is possible to cut from on .img and paste to another.  I just did 
that to be sure before I answered.

But, unless you're cutting out a selection to paste into another radio 
(so that you have two probably distinct sets of frequencies) what you 
probably want to do is to copy and paste.

There was that diplomatic enough to escape the pedants here?
