[chirp_users] Baofeng HP9+ won't read

So far, I have had no luck, I have some cables that came with one of my
cables that might work for a cloning cable.
Would the cloning happen on the smaller port or the larger port?

The Baofeng BF-F9{tack on any additional letters/numbers/symbols as
needed} is a Baofeng BF-F8HP variant (basically a UV-5R with 3 TX
power levels). So assuming that you have a working CHIRP installation
and a working programming cable, you would make the following
selections to program it with CHIRP:
Port: {match what was as assigned by your operating system}
Vendor: Baofeng
Model: BF-F8HP
