[chirp_users] Been trying to figure out how to program IC-7100 for almost a year now

I found I have to modify the IMG file that you download, directly in
Chirp.  Copy the IMG file or save it as a new name.

Import the csv into the IMG file using the chirp import tool.  Don't open
it in a spreadsheet and cut and paste.  Doing that never worked for me.

Then try importing.
