[chirp_users] Seeking Testers for btech.py V2 Driver Update

Hi Group,

I have opened issue #9845 for the public testing of a new version of
the btech.py driver module. This driver has been reworked in order to
eliminate the slow speed download/upload times that have been an issue
for some supported models and to make the cloning process more
reliable.

I am seeking volunteers to test this driver module in order to make
sure it is compatible with the radio models that it currently supports
(see list below) before submitting it to be included with CHIRP. If
you have one or more of the radios listed below and wish to
participate with the testing of this driver module, use the link below
to access issue #9845 where additional details are provided. Note: You
will have to register in order to be able to participate.
