[chirp_users] UV-5RTP Settings Tab

Good afternoon,

I recently set up my UV-5RTP using chirp. I uploaded my new memories but
went back to change some settings and the settings tab is blank. I have re
uploaded, restarted the program and radio, and tried to start over to no
avail. Any guidance would be appreciated.
