[chirp_users] programing help

Unless you're trying to use your radio as a scanner - which typically 
doesn't work well, the scan speeds are too slow - I'd suggest getting a 
copy of Proscan ( https://www.proscan.org/ ) to program your scanner and 
continue to use Chirp to program your radio.
There's also a free version - called FreeScan available at that same 
link,
