Good point. I wrote at 09:59 my time (CET). I could reach http://trac.chirp.danplanet.com/chirp_daily/daily-20210310 but, as written, http://trac.chirp.danplanet.com/chirp_daily/LATEST was still pointing to https://trac.chirp.danplanet.com/chirp_daily/daily-20210307/
