[chirp_users] importing to radio

Joel, Have you gone through all the steps as explained on 
https://www.miklor.com/ <https://www.miklor.com/>? You didn't explain 
what steps you took. It might be that you need to install a different 
driver for the cable you are using. Did you first download "from" the 
radio first?
