[chirp_users] BAOFENG BF898PLUS CANT NOT FIND PROGRAMMING SOFTWARE?????????????????????????

CHIRP does not support it.

RT Systems does not list it as a supported model.

The only other possibility is factory software from Baofeng. Check with
where you bought it to see if they can help.
