[chirp_users] FT-70D -> Failed to communicate with the radio: Radio did not ack block 1

Works for me under Linux and Windows, HOWEVER, Chirp doesn't include digital (Fusion) as a valid mode so you're lefy with analogue FM only. 

The Yaesu Windows software works OK but doesn't allow for the programming of Wires-X faciliries.
