The TK3201 is using selective squelch (CTCSS tones or DCS codes).
Selective squelch is designed to ignore transmissions that do not
include the matching tone/code. You must either turn them off in the
Kenwood radio or add the matching tones/codes used in the Kenwood
radio to the Baofeng radio.
