[chirp_users] With Windows 10, how do you change the driver for a prolific cable?

David, First install the driver that is on the Miklor site. 
https://www.miklor.com/COM/UV_Drivers.php#install
Then follow the instructions on the miklor site /*Installing the 
Backdated Prolific PL-2303 Driver 3.2.0.0
*/That should work for you on Windows 10. i just did it on mine./*
