[chirp_users] chromebook.

I run CHIRP on all my Chromebooks in Ubuntu installed with Crouton. Nigel,
why can't CHIRP run under Crostini. which is Debian, if the OP has a
Crostini cable Chromebook? I might try that just to find out.
