[chirp_users] Repeater listings

I also just looked at the OKC metro area, it only shows 1 repeater for the
whole
area, we have 7 DMR repeaters in the area alone, then there are a boat load
of
analog repeaters in the OKC metro, Only see W5DEL for OKC... Wee bit thin.
