[chirp_users] Using Chirp to program the Yaesu FT-50r

Hi Richard,

this doesn't look like a complete debug log. You should try to capture 
the log while trying to download from and then upload to your FT-50.
Hint: it's easier to copy it into Notepad (or your editor of choice) and 
then to save it and attach as a text file.
