[chirp_users] Replying to the list with a new

This is a test of another method of replying and getting a new subject.
I replied to the message I got, but I changed the subject completely, then wrote my message.
I could have deleted Dave's part, but I wanted to retain relevance for this post.
This is an experiment...I guess that we all will see the outcome.
