[chirp_users] Yaesu

I think for Yaesu radios the old ones had to go into clone mode which could
cause them to get an image in the wrong format if you pick the wrong thing,
or have an unknown firmware. I don't think most newer radios will have this
problem unless they take an IMG file and you accidentally pick an IMG from
the wrong radio.
