[chirp_users] Yaesu

I have used chirp with my FT1D and FTM400 and never bricked either of 
them.

While working on drivers for those 2 radios I have sent settings to the 
radio that effectively factory reset it but never bricked it. So unless 
you're changing the source code I think you should be fine with either 
of those.
