[chirp_users] Retevis 22 programming question

Thank you David, Nigel, and Tony!

David - your write up was thorough. I have been reading the FAQs and
Beginner's Guide before my post, but I will check again and I will dissect
your notes as well.

Nigel - That is a great question, as I do know that we have a license, but
I don't know the answer. We bought the VX261s from a dealer, but they are
unable to program the smaller radios for us since they were not purchased
through them. I will look into the license conditions. Thank you for
bringing it to my attention.

The error message I am receiving when I go to upload the frequencies to a
new R22 is:

Any known reason this would happen?

Deeply appreciate the knowledge share,
Becky
