[chirp_users] Ubuntu 20.04 chirp not found

Richard, I don't know what or who you are responding to. My response 
that you replied to was my comment to Ronalds problem, it  has //  
nothing to do with the flatpack.   His system can't see the the packages 
on the dansmith WEB page.
