[chirp_users] Daily Update will not install

I made sure no previous CHIRP was running and it loaded and installed.
Problem resolved. Thanks very much.

Hi Doug,

Make sure there are no instances of CHIRP running. Then right-click the CHIRP installer and choose "Run as administrator" (even if your user is an admin user).
