For some reason when Excell encounters a series of commas (which is
typical as shown in the example below), it can drop one or more
commas.

1,EMA NET,155.025000,off,0.000000,,88.5,88.5,023,NN,NFM,5.00,,,,,,
2,FD DSP,154.995000,off,0.000000,,88.5,88.5,023,NN,NFM,5.00,,,,,,

Unfortunately when this happens, all of the data from that point on is
shifted into the wrong column and CHIRP becomes upset. This does not
happen in other spreadsheet programs like LibreOffice Calc and Apache
Open Office Calc.
