[chirp_users] Issue with Retevis RT24

Although Retevis RT24 seems to be supported by CHIRP I cannot connect to
it. I get the message "Radio refused to enter programming mode 2". I am
using software version " chirp-daily-20200807". If I use the original
Retevis software I can read and write the device without a problem so I
guess it should not be an issue with the USB-Serial driver.

Does anybody have an idea what I do wrong here?
