Please tell me I'm correct it does let me put my radio model in on a drop down do I do that as well Thanks in advance

You must download from your radio first. It creates a tab that is
compatible with your radio. Only a tab that is compatible with your
radio can be uploaded to your radio.

When uploading you do not have access to choose the "Vendor" or
"Model" when uploading. A tab that is compatible with your radio will
already have the correct Vendor/Model selected.

You must Import your "stock confing" files into the tab compatible
with your radio or load it into a second tab so you can copy-and-paste
the channels between tabs.
