Yes, but that begs the question... chromebooks are like super expensive 
for what they can do. I'd rather <WARNING: OPINION NOT TROLLING> buy a 
juiced up 13" lappie, wipe OEM windows and install Linux, then install 
VirtualBox for whatever else I need.

been looking at this beauty with Neon preinstalled :

But, for reality, it's the similar to my Dell E5470 running Linux. 
16G/250SSD/i5, except it looks cooler, and is cheaper for same. LOL :)
