[chirp_users] chirp_users Digest, Vol 130, Issue 10

I tried it on a different UV5R yesterday and it did not do it. I went back
and tried it on the first one and it definitely does it. I was able to get
it to stop transmitting by pressing another number key and releasing PTT.
