[chirp_users] Can't get a Redmine account created

There is no password for CHIRP.
I'm not sure why they ask for one but there is no such animal.
Just contact their support team and ask you questions. 
They are volunteers so dot expect an immediate reply.
Allow at least 1 weeks time.

4. Open the email that arrives and click the forgot password link. Enter a new password in the form and confirm it.
5. Try the log in again with the newly-updated password.

Expected behavior:
I  am able to log in to create issues, etc.

Actual behavior:
I instead still once again get the red box that says "Invalid user or password". 

Is there any known issue with the system or any way to troubleshoot what might be wrong my account? Of note, the "lost password' feature doesn't seem to work unless the system actually knows my email address, other email addresses that aren't registered get an error message. So I know I'm in there to some extent....
