[chirp_users] having difficulty logging into the trouble track/report system

Interesting. I've already created the account with my call as userid;
is there a way to get the email address changed on that account, or
will I have to create a different userid?

Odd bug... (been a life member of the League for 40+ years)
By the way, it DID send the password change link to the arrl address.
