[chirp_users] Release File

Open /etc/apt/sources.list in a text editor (as root user) e.g.
sudo pluma /etc/apt/sources.list

Edit the chirp entry, adding [trusted=yes]  as below:
deb [trusted=yes] http://ppa.launchpad.net/dansmith/chirp-snapshots/ubuntu disco main 

Save file.
Log out/log in.
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade
