[chirp_users] UV5R "Variant" Programming Question

HN5RV01 would be the real firmware version.
All radios made after about 2012 show BFB298 even though they really 
have other versions.

Somebody will have to correct me but I think all UV-5R style 7 or 8 W 
three power level radios have to use BF-F8HP Chirp radio model.
