Jim seems to have the most practical solution to my situation.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

I plan to pursue this recommended path
and hopefully be able to accomplish my goal
of sharing details about a large spreadsheet file of 2,000+ lines
with hundreds of my fellow North Texas Church Hams.
