[chirp_users] CHIRP won't recognize .csv file

I just got a new mobile, a YAESU FTM-7250.  Since CHIRP doesn't support 
this radio yet, also I bought a programming cable and software from RT 
Systems.  This afternoon I built a big (100 plus lines) file with a lot 
of local and regional repeaters and simplex channels and successfully 
downloaded it to the new radio, and it all works fine.  I then saved the 
file as a .CSV file so I could import it into CHIRP and load it into my 
other radios. Unfortunately, when I try to import the .CSV file into 
CHIRP it tells me the file isn't recognized.  I saved the file in .CSV 
format both from the RT Systems software and from an Open Office 
spreadsheet and neither will load.  I haven't had any trouble loading 
other .CSV files into CHIRP in the past so I'm mystified as to why this 
one won't work. Any help would be appreciated.
